jungle – platoon

got onto the Jungle bandwagon a little earlier this year as he was kind enough to contribute an excellent remix to the Beaty Heart cassingle me and my label Heart Throb released this month, though hopefully you already knew that.

“platoon” is a funky little number from the London-based producer and with some seriously laid back vocals it feels pretty much perfect for those sporadic bursts of tropical weather we seem to be experiencing in the city. I really like those swelling, siren-like touches towards the end of the song too, nothing like a sense of impending doom whilst enjoying glorious sunshine.
