PORTLAND

Feel like I’ve been a bit of of the loop, four days in Cardiff without my macbook and then a busy week following the cause, so will be blogging a few tracks that have really had me in their grasp for the last few days. First up, “Portland” by the band Coasting, a two-piece featuring Vivian Girls drummer Fiona. Combining two of my favourite things in music, frantic lo-fi beach-pop and girl singers, I was always going to fall head over heels with this band. Check ‘em out below.
