I don’t know how old this remix is, but frankly, that doesn’t matter. Although the promise of more Madvillain material since the release of “Papermill” for Adult Swim earlier this year hasn’t been fulfilled as of yet, this remix is a sickeningly brilliant reworking of the song. It’s got the kind of beat stereotypical with Four Tet’s brilliant electronica, but the way it works to reinforce and establish some kind of base for DOOM’s raps to flow over. Listen to it now.
